The final in our series of 3 gigs at the Quarternote.  On this occasion we were very pleased to be playing with Mushroom.  There was somewhat less chaos this time as we got to setup and play without needing to break for Mushroom to set up.  The gig was great, resulting in a number of definitive live recordings which should make their ay onto the music pages in due course.

When we'd finished I had the opportunity to sit back and enjoy Mushroom's music.  For me at least a kind of cross between bits of Hawkwind, Gong, plus lots of Hammond  organ, a la Arthur Brown (for those of you with long memories or life spans).  Just up my street in fact.   It would have been nice if there had been a few more people in the audience....the Bay Area prog scene does not seem to get out and about too much....or maybe we play the wrong places?
